In conjunction with Online Information RefWorks-COS is pleased to announce the organisation of a European User Update session, with featured guest speaker, Elaine Shallcross, Information Consultant, the University of Aberdeen.
The half-day agenda will include a series of sessions including a review of the 2008 feature releases, discussions on our forthcoming release and a presentation by The Queen Mother Library, University of Aberdeen on their efforts in developing successful out-reach initiatives to the service.
